No — Nameless is fully offline and never connects to WiFi or the internet. Because it's offline, updates aren't pushed automatically. New firmware is released now and then to improve performance and responsiveness, and you can apply it manually over USB whenever you like.

All sales are final once payment is confirmed — we don't offer cancellations or refunds after that point, so please review your order carefully. The one exception is a damaged unit: if yours arrives damaged, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging plus your order number, and we'll send a free replacement after the damaged unit is returned (return shipping is covered by you). Orders are billed in Indian rupees with GST included, and delivery is handled from our Chennai workshop. If you're outside India and interested, get in touch and we'll let you know when that changes.
